Zorn (1860-1920) was a Swedish painter on the level of Sargent and Sorolla. This is a picture book of his portraits with excellent reproduction. Minimal text in English, Swedish, German and French.

Zorn (1860-1920) was a prolific and expert etcher producing 289 etchings during his lifetime. This volume is devoted to these etchings, reproducing almost 200 (in color!) with a selection of his drawings and photographs for the etchings. Text in Swedish.

This is the hardcover catalogue for an exhibition of Zorn watercolors at the Nordic Watercolour Museum. Three essays. Chronology. All text is in both English and Swedish.

Small square 4to (9-11”), 300pp, 125 color and 10 b&w Illustrations, cloth. VF/VF. "Anders Zorn: Autobiographical Notes." This comprehensive richly illustrated book on Zorn was written by himself between 1911 and 1914 and describes his travels, especially to America. The color illustrations - almost entirely of oil paintings - are outstanding. The was originally published in 1915 and then again in 1982. Text in Swedish.

A monograph on a single luscious crowd-pleasing painting of a languid female, nude in a garden with cherubs. This exhibition catalogue celebrates the creation of a single painting with numerous pencil sketches, color studies, trial paintings, etc. Excellent reproduction. Text in Swedish.

A large 10x13 monograph on painter Anders Zorn. This volume covers his oil paintings, watercolors, etchings, sculptures, and drawings. There are illustrations on just about every page, including many paintings I haven't seen in any other book. Text in Swedish.
